Allen Jones is a cornerstone of Western Confluence Group’s Maritime Rescue Team, serving as both a lead medic and vessel operator supporting WCG’s experimental flight-support operations in the San Francisco Bay Area. A U.S. Naval Special Warfare veteran and former Special Boat Operator, Allen brings more than a decade of experience conducting high-risk maritime missions, tactical medical support, and specialized rescue operations around the world.
With 14 years of service in Naval Special Warfare—including combat deployments across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and the Atlantic—Allen has mastered the art of operating in demanding maritime and austere environments. His ability to blend medical precision with tactical expertise makes him one of the most capable maritime medics in the region. At WCG, Allen also serves as a Protective Services Medic, advising on high-threat travel and supporting executive protection operations with medical readiness, contingency planning, and field response expertise.
